sholder hurts wen i do push ups and warm up!?

when i do push ups my shoulder like feels so big dat its not flexible any more so wen i try warmin up(baseball) it feels werid and i dnt throw as hard!

When you’re doing push-ups, make sure you balance your weight. I had something like that happen to my shoulder and it turns out it was from an uneven distribution of weight during push-ups. In other words, I was holding up most of my weight on one arm. Stretch it out well, and hopefully it should start to feel better.
